It is our privilege to serve these institutions as they progress through their accreditation journey.

We began working with TTS in January 2025 to support their efforts to become SACSCOC accredited. In November 2525 they were authorized to host a Candidacy Committee early in 2026. We are continuing to support them along this inaugural accreditation journey.

New College of Florida has a SACSCOC Fifth-year Interim Report due in March 2026 and we are proud to be supporting them in the construction of this important document.

We were excited to work with our friends at Kennesaw State University in Georgia as they prepared the Fifth-Year Report for SACSCOC, which was due in March 2025.

As a member of the SACSCOC class of 2024, we supported The Citadel through the submission of their compliance certification in September 2023. We worked with them on several key narratives to support a compelling case for compliance. Following that project, we worked together to strengthen their approach to 8.2.a and The Citadel was the first institution to send faculty through the Assessment Academy and to send staff through the Service Review Academy.

We were proud to support our friends at the College of Central Florida through the process of preparing the Compliance Certification and getting ready for the visit from the Onsite Review Team. CF completed the onsite visit in September 2025 with no recommendations!

Our colleagues at Snead State Community College are repeat customers. We helped them with a Monitoring Report complicated by a sanction of probation (read more here). Work started on their Compliance Certification in January 2022 as a member of the Class of 2024. We continued to support them as they constructed the QEP and geared up for the Focused Report and the site visit. Now they are the first to utilize the SEAC-Assessment online platform to track student attainment of learning outcomes.

Calhoun Community College sent a cohort of faculty through the Assessment Academy and we had the opportunity to work directly with faculty to coach them through the process. The Calhoun faculty were the best so far at implementing the academy teachings into their assessment practices!

We are having fun with our friends in Spartanburg. This is a particularly interesting project that includes a SubChange for a new OCIS, a Monitoring Report on 8.2.a, and another small project in the form of a Reaffirmation of Accreditation. Their Compliance Certification was submitted in March 2025 and they completed the onsite visit with only one recommendation!

We are proud to have supported our friends at Bellarmine University as they prepared the Fifth-Year Interim Report. From providing templates for some of the narratives to reviewing narratives to providing detailed assistance with 8.2.a we are happy to provide support throughout the process.

We got an early start with our colleagues in Kentucky as we worked together on their 5th year report. We began working together in August 2022 in preparation for their September 2023 submission date. We continued to support our friends in Kentucky by helping them to “tune-up” institutional practices with an eye toward the next reaffirmation.

Our friends at Northeastern Technical College came to us on warning for problems related to 8.2.a. We worked with them on the Monitoring Report while at the same time they prepare for orientation in December 2025 for their SACSCOC Reaffirmation of Accreditation.

We supported our friends at GMC as they worked on their 5th year report. Work started on this important document in November 2021 with a submission date in September 2022 followed by a site visit in October 2022. We provided on-site training for students, faculty, and staff in preparation for the onsite visit which was triggered by a large number of new OCIS locations. GMC is back again as we help them prepare the Compliance Certification as a member of the SACSCOC class of 2027.

Jefferson State Community College was another repeat customer! We worked with them on a Monitoring Report and then collaborated on their Compliance Certification as a member of the SACSCOC class of 2024. We were happy to provide additional support following the visit from the On-Site Review Team.

As a member of the SACSCOC class of 2024, worked with Texas A&M Commerce on the more challenging standards as well as providing support for the development of the institution’s quality enhancement plan.
