After years of using various online platforms to manage various planning, evaluation, and accreditation processes and thinking, “I’m sure I could design one that is better”, Southeastern Accreditation Consultants has done just that! We are excited to announce the launch of the SEAC online platforms to support all that you do.

Launched in December 2025, the SEAC-Assessment platform provides an easy-to-use platform to document assessment of student attainment of learning outcomes. This no-nonsense platform appeals to faculty due to its simple navigation and guidance from experienced assessment professionals to support this important faculty work. The platform generates a complete and unambiguous final report suitable for internal planning and to support accreditation.

Currently in development, the SEAC-Service Review platform will support all institutional planning and evaluation processes currently found in SACSCOC standards 8.2.c and 7.3. This platform will work seamlessly with SEAC-Strategic Planning and will support a streamlined strategic plan reporting process.

Also currently in development, the SEAC-Strategic Planning platform will work seamlessly with SEAC-Service Review to link all of your mission-critical functions and projects documented in service review to the corresponding element of the institutional strategic plan. With the push of a button you will be able to generate what you need to produce an interactive annual report on the process of achieving all the pieces of your strategic plan.
Many other modules are in the planning stage, which one is at the head of the line? That will depend on what our clients want next. An accreditation platform that really does integrate with the other modules? An interactive academic catalog in a platform robust enough to host handbooks, bylaws, policies, etc. in one place that is both accessible and secure? A faculty credentials module? Oh yeah, everybody needs one of those. The accreditation and credentials modules will probably follow the model of service review and strategic planning above and always travel together. Subscribe to the accreditation module and the faculty credentials module comes along for the ride.

While nobody really knows what accreditation will look like five minutes from now, let alone a year down the road, rest-assured that this planned module will support the reporting process and will integrate seamlessly with the other SEAC modules to put everything you need to make a compelling case for compliance at your fingertips.

This planned module will create an interactive online catalog and will be robust enough to host an institution’s policy and procedures manual, Board of Trustees policies and bylaws, etc. With this all in one place, the SEAC-Catalog module will feed the required supporting documents to the correct accreditation standards to save you the time tracking them down.

Another planned module that is pretty straightforward. However, a faculty credentials module that is fully integrated with the catalog can easily provide reviewers with access to course descriptions to provide additional context for a review of those credentials.
